Rotating schedules like the 2-2-3, Pitman, and DuPont are pure math, yet millions of shift workers still answer "are you free that Saturday?" by scrolling photos of a break-room roster. Employer apps rarely show more than a pay period ahead. We built MyShiftCal so the answer to "am I working that day?" takes two taps — for any date, years ahead.
